Broke Horror Fan Now Bringing New CASTLE FREAK to VHS!

Broke Horror Fan will unleash producer Barbara Crampton’s remake of Stuart Gordon’s horror cult classic Castle Freak on limited edition VHS next Friday.

Based on H.P. Lovecraft’s The Outsider, the 2020 remake of Stuart Gordon’s cult classic is directed by special FX artist Tate Steinsiek (Puppet Master: The Littlest Reich, Knock Knock). Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator, You’re Next) produces.
The VHS black clamshell case comes with three variants to choose from. A standard edition with new artwork by Tate Steinsiek (limited to 75) and a variant with the theatrical artwork by Stockholm Design (limited to 25).
Each tape includes a letter and an exclusive introduction by Tate Steinsiek. Stay tuned after the movie for a previously unreleased special feature:

Broke Horror Fan cropped the film from its original aspect ratio to 4:3 full frame for optimal VHS viewing. RLJE Films officially licensed the VHS under director Tate Steinsiek’s approval.
The latest tape goes on sale next Friday, May 14, at 12pm EST/9am PST via Witter Entertainment. You’ll be able to pre-order HERE.
