Android users no longer have to live in jealously of their iOS owning counterparts’ ability to take on hordes of zombies while riding the bus, waiting in line at the DMV, sitting in class or anywhere they have a few spare minutes to get their hands dirty.
As a writer for Dread Central, I'm no stranger to odd packages. The blood-stained funnel in an evidence bag ... the bronze Olympic medal warning that "Death doesn't like to be cheated" and even some years back a lone Joker card that almost caused my death at the hands of rabid geek friends. Even though the Call of Duty franchise is mainly a combat-based first-person shooter, the robust zombie mode that can be found on Call of Duty: Black Ops is pretty damned impressive for genre fans. To say it's robust is a bit of an understatement, but it sounds as if Activision has something really special planned for zombie fans in the next bit of DLC.
Activision Publishing, Inc., and developer Treyarch announced today the release of the Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies soundtrack. Available through all the major digital media retailers, the Zombies soundtrack features for the first time, in their entirety, 17 original tracks composed by Treyarch for the wildly popular Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies game mode.
