To say that we're excited to see Neil Marshall's take on the Dracula tale The Last Voyage of the Demeter is a bit of an understatement. The man knows how to do period pieces like no other, and he's not shy about the red stuff either.

It's been over a year since last there was anything to report on the Dracula tale The Last Voyage of the Demeter, but holy cow, has some really cool news sailed on in. News that has us grinning from ear-to-ear!

Now that The Twilight Saga is well behind him and he's looking ahead to the future, we thought for sure that director David Slade's next project would be the much talked about The Last Voyage of the Demeter. But then that blind pest Daredevil came into the picture, and we've all been left wondering: Will the Dracula tale ever set sail?

There was a point in time a few years ago in which Jude Law was showing up just about everywhere in movies. It was driving us absolutely batty. Even movies he wasn't advertised in, the dude would end up showing up!

Man, how things change over time. When we first covered The Last Voyage of the Demeter, Marcus Nispel was set to direct. Thankfully we dodged that bullet because everything would have been orange and riddled with lens flares. Now there's talk of some new and very competent blood to take the helm.

It's been a while since last there was anything to report regarding The Last Voyage of the Demeter, a new spin on what happened during Count Dracula's trip from Transylvania to London. But lo and behold some casting news has hit online!

Dracula's voyage from Transylvania to London has always been glossed over by the cinema. We all know a bloodbath took place on the ship carrying him, his coffin, and of course his native soil, but we never actually ever got to see what happened for more than a couple of minutes. With The Last Voyage of the Demeter gearing up for production, a certain director has been eying the promising property.

If there's one good thing that has come from the truly mystifying Twilight craze, it's that vampires are now hotter than they've been in ages. One vamp in particular, the big daddy of them all, Dracula, is getting some serious attention what with several upcoming projects based on his exploits in the pipeline. Time to add one more, a more faithful telling of the Count's tale -- The Last Voyage of the Demeter!

The first pics of Nic Cage and Ron Perlman in Season of the Witch showed up on Moziplussz recently, neither of which reveal much other than the fact that they’re both wearing a shitload of armor. Looks very warm.

Wow, Season of the Witch is back in the news. It finally sounds like it’s going to get made, but as with most things in Hollywood it is both blessing and a curse. A blessing because this script has been sitting in development hell for years; a curse because Nicolas Cage is now attached to star in it according to Variety.
