Colliding Planets and Killer Volcanoes Featured in this Month's Syfy Saturday Original Movies

Syfy is kicking off the New Year by threatening the end of all life on Earth with the Saturday Original Movies Collision Earth, starring Kirk Acevedo ("Fringe") and Diane Farr ("Californication"), and Swamp Volcano, starring Rachel Hunter (The Benchwarmers) and Brad Dourif (Lord of the Rings). Of course we have a few sneak peeks of each!

And the guest list keeps growing for ABC's upcoming "Once Upon a Time" with genre favorite Brad Dourif being the latest to sign up for a stint on the show. He'll appear as a beggar who befriends the evil Rumpelstiltskin (Robert Carlyle).

Back in August of 2009 we weren't kidding when we said this one was deep in post-production, with release far off. However, almost two years later, the good folks behind Fading of the Cries have finally has announced a release for sometime in late May or early June.
