MALORIE: A BIRD BOX NOVEL Is Now Available for Pre-Order from Dark Regions Press

Synopsis:
There remains no explanation. No solution. But then comes what feels like impossible news. And with it, the first time Malorie has allowed herself to hope. Someone very dear to her, someone she believed dead, may be alive. Malorie has a harrowing choice to make: to live by the rules of survival that have served her so well, or to venture into the darkness and reach for hope once more.

Josh Malerman is an American author and also one of two singers/songwriters for the rock band The High Strung, whose song “The Luck You Got” can be heard as the theme song to the Showtime show Shameless.

His book Bird Box was met with critical acclaim; the novel “absolutely riveted” Stephen King, and created a major film starring Sandra Bullock, John Malkovich, and Sarah Paulson. Check out the trailer for the film below.

Bird Box was also nominated for the Stoker Award, the Shirley Jackson Award, and the James Herbert Award. His books Black Mad Wheel, Inspection, and Goblin have also been nominated for Stoker Awards.

Malorie is his eighth novel to date.
