Beetlejuice

Is Beetlejuice joining the annoying ranks of such film projects as Pride and Prejudice and Zombies and Ghostbusters 3? It's sure starting to feel that way. At least today we get to hear from the director himself.

Right behind Ghostbusters III in terms of sequels that need to be put out to pasture and shot is Beetlejuice II. A movie even Tim Burton has no interest in making ... and have you looked at his output over the last ten years? But that's not stopping KatzSmith Productions partners David Katzenberg and Seth Grahame-Smith from desperately trying to get another one off the ground.

Everyone's favorite "Ghost with the Most" is officially on its way back. After years of promising, endless chatter, and lots of hoping, there's finally some solid news to report on about the long proposed sequel to Beetlejuice!

On the 31st of October every year, my wife and I have a Halloween “party.” We never invite anybody, but like bats coming out to feed on bugs at dusk, a freakish horde of friends and friends of friends magically arrive around sundown. They block the streets with their filthy cars and come dancing through our front and back doors like they own the place.

Another star has been taken from us just too damned early for our liking as we're very sad to report that actor Glenn Shadix has passed away well before his time.

Just a couple of months after actress Geena Davis expressed her interest in a Beetlejuice sequel and wondered if ghosts age, comes a bit more chatter ... this time from the ghost with the most himself!

Though it's not really news, star Geena Davis has mused a little bit recently about a possible sequel to one of the most beloved horror comedies ever, Beetlejuice. Lord knows we're pretty sure fans everywhere would rather have a sequel than a remake!

Mezco continues hitting it out of the park via its Living Dead Dolls line with two new products ready to be released in late spring/early summer 2010: a Beetlejuice doll and the Series 19 Vampire set.

Who knew that bobble heads would make such a big comeback in recent years? Then again, for the longest time we didn't have big-headed versions of the Terminator, Alien, and Predator.
