A certain holiday is almost upon us, and for horror fans everywhere that means it’s almost time to party. What better B-Side for this Halloween weekend than a certain 45 Grave track from Return of the Living Dead? Do you wanna party? It’s partytime!
Some of you may not be aware that this most famous track in the discography of the pioneering horror punk rock band 45 Grave was actually a remake with new lyrics customized for the now cult classic 1984 film Return of the Living Dead. The original version of the song boasted lyrics about the tragic end of a child abuse victim. Not exactly a song you’d really want to party to when you stop and listen to it. Let’s just focus on the happier, more upbeat flesh-eating zombie version.
This custom made Return of the Living Dead music video is NOT SAFE FOR WORK thanks to a certain naked punk rocker dancing on a grave scene. Otherwise, it’s “Partytime”!
