Emma Caulfield to Guest Star on ABC's Once Upon a Time

"Buffy" alum Emma Caulfield is heading back to TV, albeit briefly, in an upcoming episode of ABC's "Once Upon a Time", and instead of an inappropriate ex-vengeance demon, this time around she'll be playing a witch.

New York Comic Con 2011: ABC Announces Once Upon a Time Pilot Screening and Panel Details

ABC’S upcoming series "Once Upon a Time" will take the stage at New York Comic Con on Friday, October 14th, with creators/executive producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz participating in a screening of the pilot followed by a moderated Q&A panel and autograph session.

Brad Dourif to Guest Star on ABC's Once Upon a Time

And the guest list keeps growing for ABC's upcoming "Once Upon a Time" with genre favorite Brad Dourif being the latest to sign up for a stint on the show. He'll appear as a beggar who befriends the evil Rumpelstiltskin (Robert Carlyle).

True Blood's Kristin Bauer van Straten Heading to ABC's Once Upon a Time

Although Paula Marshall originally had the part, word has come down that Kristin Bauer van Straten ("True Blood"'s fan favorite Pam) will now be portraying Maleficent, the evil sorceress from Sleeping Beauty, in one episode of ABC's upcoming "Once Upon a Time". She'll appear in Episode 2, airing Sunday, October 30th.

Jessy Schram Falls Into a Part on Once Upon a Time

"Falling Skies" star Jessy Schram has signed on to appear in an early episode of ABC's upcoming fairy tales-based series "Once Upon a Time" as the character of Cinderella. No word on whether it'll be more than a one-time shot, but with the show set to premiere on Sunday, October 23rd, we should be finding out soon enough.

New Cast Members Heading to ABC's Once Upon a Time

We've been on the fence about ABC's fairy tale based "Once Upon a Time", but some recent casting news has us a bit more interested. David Anders, Uncle John from "The Vampire Diaries", and Paula Marshall ("Californication", I Know Who Killed Me) have signed on for roles in the show along with "Breaking Bad"'s Giancarlo Esposito.

The TV networks are beginning to announce their fall 2011 premiere dates, and the fairy tale based "Once Upon a Time" has landed in pretty much a perfect spot for genre fare: the month of October. Sunday, October 23rd, at 8:00 PM to be exact.

New Writer Found for Universal's Supernatural Adventure Film Ouija

Since the powers-that-be are still using the description of "supernatural" in regard to the upcoming McG-directed Ouija, based on the popular board game, we're going to keep covering it. The latest news is that Evan Spiliotopoulos is set to rewrite the supernatural action-adventure film for Universal Pictures and Platinum Dunes.
