Repo! Cast & Crew Video Interviews!

Comic-Con may be over, but we're still going through the massive amount of video Buz and Kasch shot during the event and today we can bring you some more fruits of their labor!

His Name was Jason on DVD February 3rd!

What I never understood about '80s pop culture was the focus on Freddy Krueger. Don't get me wrong; I love Nightmare, but there's just something really wrong about having footy pajamas featuring a child killer on them. In comparison, I don't think Jason Voorhees got the same kind of over-exposure he deserved. Until now...

Car-Wash Carnage in Bikini Girls on Ice

The other night I finally got an opportunity to see Let The Right One In and it lived up to the hype. Now, while an artfully-crafted piece of sublime horror filmmaking is great and all, there's also something to be said for the horror films with no pretension, no subtlety, and no grace whatsoever when it comes to what they're selling. I'm talking about the films that are all about two things: blood and boobs, not necessarily in that order.

Gears of War Locust Bust!

The most hyped game of the year, Gears of War 2 (Get it ... now!), is booting up in Xbox 360s all over this great nation, but are you the total fan? Do you have it all? Did you get the Lancer?

Cyberdyne Has Created HAL

I know this isn’t really horror in the most traditional sense, but sometimes you see stuff out there that is just too weird to pass up. Today that bit of weird showed up in CNN’s SciFi Tech Blog...

Andrew just dropped a quartet of promo stills from Shinya Tsukamoto’s Nightmare Detective 2 in our laps, and we’re happily ready to share ‘em with you. Exclusive: First Impressions of Coraline

Coraline is a high-definition stop-motion animated feature – the first to be originally filmed in stereoscopic 3D – based on Neil Gaiman’s international best-selling book. A young girl (Dakota Fanning) walks through a secret door in her new home and discovers an alternate version of her life. On the surface this parallel reality is eerily similar to her real life – only much better.

Zombie Allegiance Trailer

Independently made zombie films are the scourge of our genre. The scourge, I tell ya. I would love to see a moratorium put on them for a period of no less than five years, just to force indies to do something different.
