If you haven't seen 28 Weeks Later (review) it may be best to skip this paragraph. OK. After witnessing the end of that film, I started to wonder what exactly would the French do if they were faced with a zombie/rage threat? How would such a creatively rich community handle the whole ordeal? We may find out soon.
CHUD's Devin Faraci has informed readers that he knows Will Smith's upcoming horror pic I Am Legend has undergone some reshoots as late as last week. That's cutting it pretty close seeing as this film launches next month on the 14th.
I know I've seen images of head knocker of NECA's Stuntman Mike before.
You know, even after Andrew Kasch mentioned how he felt about The Girl Next Door in our latest Dinner For Fiends episode, there's still something about it that makes me want to see it soon. Now, if I only lived in Illinois...
Just got another update from the folks at Unearthed Films, those degenerates who put out DVDs like City of Rott, Aftermath and Visions of Suffering, with updates on their catalogue both new and old.
It sure ain’t much to see, but Fangoria did manage to get their bloodied fingers on the first official image from Joel (The Number 23) Schumacher’s upcoming Third Reich story, Town Creek. Just take a click on it to see how exciting it really is!
Sara Gran’s 2003 novel Come Closer was called by some as the scariest tale of the year. So it’s no surprise that it’s finally making its way to the big screen; I just wonder what took so long.
Last night I played through the Resident Evil 0 sections of Umbrella Chronicles, and I have to say I had a blast. While it’s understandable that some people are still disappointed this game is a rail shooter similar to House of the Dead rather than a Resident Evil 4-style free roamer, it’s still a lot of fun. As a long-time Resident Evil fan, I find it definitely pushes all the right buttons so far.
Right now you only know him as the guy who wrote Superman Returns. As soon as Warner Bros. figures out what the hell they’re doing you’ll know him as the director of Trick ‘r Treat. But to his friends and family, Mike Dougherty has always been, first and foremost, an artist.
Just over a week before we finally get to see if Frank Darabont’s The Mist (review) lives up to the hype we’ve been giving it since the moment it was announced as actually happening. And yes, I believe it does, though I’ve not seen any more of it than you guys have.
Though I seriously doubt it’s anything close to what one would call hardcore horror, John C. Reilly as a vampire is not the kind of thing we get to report on every day, so how could we pass this up:?
Finally, after years of waiting and wondering, someone is getting off their ass and making a series effort to create a Ghostbutsters video game.
Our buddy Shawn Lewis is a busy man. When not making the most offensive shirts over at Rotten Cotton, he's helping his brother make puppets unsafe for all races, sexes and creeds! That said, Black Devil Doll is going to rock, no doubt about it. But what about when it is all said and done?
Anyone who made their way out to this weekend’s After Dark Horrorfest likely got to see the trailer for Amusement, a new genre offering from Picturehouse. It’s not a bad trailer, has a very creepy clown laughing guy in it, to boot. Now we just have to hope the film is worth our time! AOL got the first look at the trailer online, which you can check out below. More Amusement updates will be coming soon so keep your eyes peeled!
