Blabbermouth is reporting that Dee Snider’s long awaited sequel to his torture-epic Strangeland has been green lighted for production later this year.

March Date for Last House Redux

Demo Date for F.E.A.R. 2

Attention those of you smart enough to own an Xbox 360 or Playstation 3; Warner Bros. Interactive announced today that the single-player demo for F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin will be available for download on Thursday, January 22nd! You can visit the official F.E.A.R. 2 site to get the Games for Windows demo that day as well.

New Trailer for Outlander

The beasts over at IGN Movies got their hands on the new trailer for Outlander, which Third Rail Releasing is putting in theaters on January 23rd in a limited capacity. Jim Caviezel fights a monster from outer space with a group of Vikings; sorry, that sounds way cooler than Underworld: Rise of the Lycans, which is out the same day. Dig the trailer below!

Lawrence Talks Legend Prequel

I Am Legend is probably one of the biggest continuing disappointments in Hollywood history; not a single adaptation has come close to capturing the feeling of the Richard Matheson novel it was based on. Now Hollywood’s taking it one step further and prequelizing it, just to make sure moviegoers are never able to take this post-apocalyptic world too seriously.

Wow, it really is becoming the Harry Potter franchise with vampires ... Thompson on Hollywood has learned that both Juan Antonio Bayona (pictured, The Orphanage) and James Mangold (3:10 to Yuma) are eying possibly directing the third movie in the Twilight franchise, Eclipse.

This morning Variety reports that Emma Stone has joined the roster of those who will be fighting alongside Woody Harrelson in the upcoming zomcom Zombieland, which begins shooting down in Atlanta, GA next month.
