Sewers. Yes, they do exist despite the fact that we don’t like to think about them. The resting places for tons and tons of filth and refuge are something that we hope never to see, even though there’s probably one underneath you right now.

The upcoming film Storm Drain (Facebook page here) from director Pony R. Horton teaches us that sewers may be even worse than we expected because there could be something hungry lurking among the piles of waste. We’ve even got a brief teaser for the film to share, in which said creature prowls the dark and dank tunnels of its shit-filled home.

It stars Tim Russ, Larry Thomas, and Jonathan Joss.

Synopsis:
STORM DRAIN is a horror film with comedy overtones in the classic genre of the creature films of the 1950’s.

There is a large critter lurking within the storm drain, snapping up passers-by, sewer workers, cops, anyone who encounters it. After a number of disappearances and deaths, the police finally come out to deal with the critter, whatever it is.

Of course, it does not go well, and the SWAT Team is called in to terminate the creature once and for all. Or… DO they?
