John J. Dick is a horror photographer with a twisted plan… to take a cross-country motorcycle trip during which he will hold photo shoots of staged murder scenes and then collect them with a first-person narrative in a coffee table book entitled Serial Killer Scrapbook.
Dick’s photography can be seen at Viewbug, Deviant Art, and Flickr; and a few minutes of browsing the shots will certainly convince you that he can absolutely excel at shooting a serial killer scrapbook project. Dick’s work is dirty, gritty, and memorable.
There is currently a Serial Killer Scrapbook Indiegogo campaign running with some really intriguing perks for those who donate to the cause, including a signed copy of the finished book, 20 custom-built books complete with souvenirs from Dick’s excursion, and even the chance to help plan a photo shoot by picking out all the gory details.
